How do custom orders work?
After you place your order, email us at luxehavenplace@gmail.com with your customization details (photos, text, colors.) We'll create a mockup for your approval within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we'll produce and ship your custom product!
What information do I need to provide for my custom order?
Email us your order number along with: High-resolution photos (if applicable), any text you want included, color preferences, and any special requests. The more details, the better!
What file format should I send my photos in?
JPG or PNG files work great! For best quality, send the highest resolution you have. Photos from your phone camera work perfectly!
Can I see a mockup before you make my product?
Absolutely! We'll send you a design mockup for your approval before we send anything to production. You can request changes until you're 100% happy with it.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
Yes! You can make changes to your design during the mockup approval process. Once you approve the final design and we send it to production, changes are no longer possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to check your package’s status at any time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing times are typically 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
U.S. orders: 3-7 business days on average.
Total Time: 7-14 days
International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on customs and courier delays.
What is the return policy for custom/personalized items?
Since each item is custom-made for you, all personalized products are final sale once you approve the design mockup. However, if there's a production error or damage, we'll remake it at no cost!
My package arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us immediately at luxehavenplace@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
What's the deadline for Christmas orders?
Orders must be placed by December 12th to guarantee delivery by Christmas. This allows time for design approval, production (3-5 days), and shipping (3-7 days).
