HOW TO ORDER:

1. ADD TO CART - Select your product and complete the contact form (like the one below) and proceed to checkout (there will be a notes section available there as well)

2. SEND YOUR DETAILS - Within 24 hours of ordering, email us at luxehavenplace@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photo(s) you want used (high resolution preferred)
• Any text you want included (names, dates, phrases)
• Color preferences
• Any special requests

3. MOCKUP APPROVAL - We'll create a design mockup and send it to you for approval within 24-48 hours

4. APPROVE & PRODUCE - Once you approve the design, we'll send it to production (3-5 business days)

5. SHIPPING - Your custom product ships directly to you (3-7 business days)

After you place your order, email us at luxehavenplace@gmail.com with your customization details (photos, text, colors.) We'll create a mockup for your approval within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we'll produce and ship your custom product!

Email us your order number along with: High-resolution photos (if applicable), any text you want included, color preferences, and any special requests. The more details, the better!

JPG or PNG files work great! For best quality, send the highest resolution you have. Photos from your phone camera work perfectly!

Absolutely! We'll send you a design mockup for your approval before we send anything to production. You can request changes until you're 100% happy with it.

Yes! You can make changes to your design during the mockup approval process. Once you approve the final design and we send it to production, changes are no longer possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to check your package’s status at any time.

Processing times are typically 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

U.S. orders: 3-7 business days on average.

Total Time: 7-14 days

International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on customs and courier delays.

Since each item is custom-made for you, all personalized products are final sale once you approve the design mockup. However, if there's a production error or damage, we'll remake it at no cost!
